If you are looking to rent a property, we can also advise you on the right choice for you and contact you when a suitable property comes up. We advise all our tenants to be ready to go before viewing a property, as certain documents will need to be submitted via email if you are interested in a property: PPS number, references from your employer and previous landlord, photo ID, payslips, deposit and first month’s rent. Your deposit and first month’s rent will need to be paid by bank transfer once a contract has been issued.
